I like to work from an intent statement that you generate. This statement allows you to express why you want a session and what you are willing to change.
Before your session, you e-mail me the completion of this statement:
“What I need to see or experience in order to consider this work successful is….”
Based on that intent statement, I do some pre-work that will give me an idea of the complexity, and an estimate of how many hours will be needed to complete the work.
Following the pre-work, we will work together in person or over the phone. Using muscle testing to communicate with your body, we will gently release the physical, emotional and mental blocks that are holding the patterns described in your intent statement.
Some examples of intent statements:
“What I need to see to consider this work successful is I digest my food and drink with no acid reflux.”
“What I need to see to consider this work successful is my blood pressure will measure and be at a level that allows my body to maintain its ideal condition.”
“What I need to see to consider this work successful is I will feel calm and more composed when engaging with others”
